Free Shipping in US

For orders placed online before 3:00 pm Tuesday – Friday, we make our best effort to ship within 24 hours. We ship via registered and insured USPS domestic mail, but we can ship via FedEx or UPS if requested. Please note that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. When shipped via UPS Ground, the arrival of your order will depend on your location, so please allow about 3-5 business days from the UPS ship date. Tracking information will be available for the shipping method you prefer.

Payment and Sales Tax

To purchase jewelry on the Alex Gulko Custom Jewelry website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18 years, parental consent is required. We accept PayPal, personal checks, bank checks, debit, and credit cards. Personal checks and bank checks are accepted from US banks only. It can take up to 10 business days to clear a personal check. Bank checks exceeding $5,000 must be cleared by our bank and may take up to 10 business days. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards issued by US-based banks. Jewelry shipped to a Michigan address will be charged Michigan sales tax. Jewelry shipped outside of Michigan will not be charged sales tax, however the purchaser may be liable to pay the sales or use tax to their state and it will be the purchaser’s responsibility to pay the assessed amount.

Accuracy of Account and Contact Information

You agree to provide current, accurate and complete purchase and account information for all purchases made at Alex Gulko Custom Jewelry. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Privacy Policy

Alex Gulko Custom Jewelry respects and protects its customer’s privacy with utmost regard. We do not share or sell any customer data, unless required by law. For online purchases using our Shopify payment option, please review the Shopify Privacy for Customers policy.

Return Policy and Guidelines

Alex Gulko Custom Jewelry prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and services. We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If, within 7 days of receipt of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, you may return the jewelry for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds are made only to the original purchaser and in the exact method of original payment. Jewelry items must be return in the original packaging. Items returned without the original packaging and/or with missing or damaged packaging materials will be subject to a restocking fee not to exceed $40.00. Please note these exceptions to our return policy: custom jewelry and jewelry that we engrave, resize, or custom alter in any way - is not returnable. If we deem that the jewelry has been worn, we reserve the right to refuse the jewelry item for a return. To return or exchange an online purchase, carefully follow these simple procedures:
  1. Within 7 days of receiving your jewelry, send an email to: alexgulko@sbcglobal.net. In the email subject line, write “Return Authorization” (without the quote marks). In the email body, please state the reason for your return and include your contact information. You will receive a Return Authorization Number from Alex Gulko Custom Jewelry.
  2. The jewelry must be returned using US Postal Service Registered Mail. As there is no way for Alex Gulko Custom Jewelry to guarantee that we will receive your returned item, please ship the jewelry fully insured by USPS and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been delivered to our shipping address.
  3. Pack the item, along with all original packing materials (bag, box, any appraisal certificates, etc.) along with the original receipt in an appropriately sized box. Be sure to keep a copy of the receipt and it is a good idea to take a photo of the jewelry. Tape the box opening and all seams with 2-inch-wide tape. The USPS recommends using clear or brown packaging tape, reinforced packing tape, or paper tape. Do not use cord, string, twine, cellophane, or masking tape. Place a strip of clear packaging tape over your label to prevent the address from smearing. Please see this USPS webpage for shipping suggestions and regulations.
  4. Do not write any words on the exterior of the box that pertain to jewelry!

  6. Once your jewelry is received and inspected, we will confirm by email whether your refund is approved or denied, and why. If you are approved, your full refund will be processed according to your original payment method.

Alex Gulko Custom Jewelry has made every effort to digitally display merchandise as accurately as possible. Computer monitors display differently, therefore we cannot guarantee product color and image accuracy. Merchandise is available on a “while supplies last” basis. We reserve the right to limit products or services that we offer. We reserve the right on a case-by-case basis to limit the quantities of any product or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We do not warrant that products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained from our website will meet your expectations or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
